Odd Tools Menu Interaction With GIT Add-In (VS2010)

After installing your version add-in (works nicely) and restarting VS2010 (Pro) the "Tools | Build Version Increment" menu in addition to the 2 items that should be there (Settings, Check for a new version.) picks up several GIT add-in menu items (http://code.google.com/p/gitextensions/). Specifically, the additional GIT menu items are: Commit, Browse, Pull, Push, Stash and Settings.

Not that this is a show stopper but it's pretty weird. Can't say if it's your add-in, GIT or something with my VS config but I haven't had any other interactions like this with GIT and other add-ins.

Send a screenshot and also give BVI version and GIT plugin version.

I have the same issue. VS 2010, BVI 2.5.11219.2200, Git Extensions 2.44

Here is a screenshot - you can see the top two lines are for BVI, while the remaining lines are for Git Extensions. All commands seem to work ok...

Found that exiting and restarting VS a few times fixed the issue.

I also saw this behavior, but have not continued to use this product (see my other post), so don't know if it would have eventually gone away.
