Hi,

Are you planning to add the support for Visual Studio 12 soon?

Hello

I have downloaded the sources and made some changes. Now I have a fully working version for VS2012.

The job was very easy due to the excellent work done by the developers (thanks).

If anyone need it just ask me at mauro@maniforti.it and I'll send you.

Hello,

this Version does not work for the german VS2012 because of the following code:

Assembly asm = Assembly.GetExecutingAssembly(); // Fix me!
ResourceManager resourceManager = new ResourceManager(VSAddin.CommandBarResourceName, asm);
int localID = VSAddin.ApplicationObject.LocaleID;
CultureInfo cultureInfo = new System.Globalization.CultureInfo(localID);
string resourceName = String.Concat(cultureInfo.TwoLetterISOLanguageName, "Tools");
_toolsMenuName = resourceManager.GetString(resourceName);

this localization routine returns "Extras" for the menuname, but in german VS2012 the menu name remains "Tools". Please check for other language versions.

installs without any problem, but it doesnt show up in the menu.

If its not showing ,  Open the a VS2012 cmd promt and run devenv.exe /setup.

That "should" get VS to rescan the current extensions.

I managed to get it working in the german version of VS 2012. As FlameGod mentioned, the tools menu item remains "Tools" instead of "Extras".
Inside "Qreed/Visual Studio/VSMenu.cs", I had to change this
CommandBarControl toolsControl = menuBarCommandBar.Controls[ToolsMenuName];
to this
CommandBarControl toolsControl;
try
{
    toolsControl = menuBarCommandBar.Controls[ToolsMenuName];
}
catch (Exception)
{
    _toolsMenuName = "Tools";
    toolsControl = menuBarCommandBar.Controls[ToolsMenuName];
}
This way it should work for other localized versions with the same behavior as the german one.
